We faced an incredibly inflexible check-in situation, with absolutely no assistance offered to accommodate our early arrival. The hotel simply adhered to the strict 3:00 pm check-in time, disregarding our advanced request. the facilities felt more like a budget option than a 4-star experience, lacking essential amenities and comfort.

the wifi is excellent throughout the hotel but smells bad in the corridor.

Room cleanliness was excellent, yet there was a slight odor in the hallway that was noticeable at times.

I really loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the tasty snacks from the pool bar, which I didn’t expect to be open this season. There were plenty of comfy sun loungers to chill on and a nice outdoor space to relax. One minor thing worth mentioning is that there was a slight odor in the hallway, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all. 😊
